Hi, I’m Anneli sears.
Former corporate leader, fully qualified life coach and mind–body practitioner for ambitious mothers. Wife and mum to my two-year-old son, Kasper.
For over a decade, I worked as a marketing and advertising executive in fast-paced corporate environments where pressure was normal and pushing through was expected. I thrived there. I was capable, driven, dependable. The person people relied on when things needed handling.
Like many ambitious women, I learned to override my limits. I perfected people-pleasing. I tied most of my self-worth to my performance. I ignored the early signs of burnout: the constant exhaustion, the quiet loss of joy, the sense that something wasn’t right.
Burnout didn’t arrive suddenly.
It crept in quietly, disguised as resilience and responsibility.
Then, four months into my pregnancy, everything stopped. I was signed off work because the level of stress I was carrying was putting my pregnancy at risk. That moment stripped away my confidence and sense of self. The woman who could always cope suddenly couldn’t.
The past two years have been a rebuild.
I invested deeply in therapy, coaching, and education to understand burnout, the nervous system, and how recovery actually works for working mothers. I went from the depths of burnout to a life that genuinely feels joyful again. That doesn’t mean I stay perfectly calm when Kasper throws his dinner on the floor for the fourth time in a week. It means I now understand how to regulate my nervous system, reset, and respond differently. That shift changed everything.
This is why I retrained in holistic coaching, mind–body science, and behaviour change. I created a practical, realistic approach for emotionally loaded, time-poor, ambitious mothers who don’t need another thing to do, but a different way of being.
Today, my work is about helping women who know they are capable of more, yet feel stuck in survival mode, reclaim their energy, time, and sense of self, without guilt.
What brings me the greatest joy is supporting other women before they reach the breaking point I did. I’m on a mission to help working mothers recognise the warning signs early, take back control, and build lives that feel deeply fulfilling, sustainable, and joyful.
MY VALUES
health
I believe everything starts with health, and that a calm nervous system and steady energy matter more than pushing through.
integrity
I work in alignment with my values and hold myself to the same standards I ask of the women I support.
Trustworthy
I’m honest, transparent and science-led, and I only teach what I trust and have implemented myself.
Excellence
I care deeply about doing things well and offering thoughtful, high-quality support that truly helps.
Resilience
You can’t avoid stress, but you can learn how to develop effective strategies to cope with and manage it effectively.
Consistency
It’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up everyday and making small consistent actions that align with where you want to go.
My Approach
My work sits at the intersection of performance, psychology and real life.
I use science-led coaching grounded in neuroscience, stress physiology, and behaviour change to help ambitious mothers understand what is actually happening in their mind and body under sustained pressure.
This understanding is critical. Burnout is not a personal failure or a motivation problem. It is what happens when capable women operate in high-demand environments without the right conditions for recovery, boundaries, and decision-making.
My approach is practical and realistic. It is designed for women who are time-poor, emotionally loaded, and still expected to perform at a high level at work and at home.
This is not about doing less or lowering standards.
It is about creating a way of working and living that is sustainable and joyful over the long term.
What this work creates
The outcome of this work is not calm at all costs or stepping away from ambition.
It is women who:
have more energy and emotional capacity
make clearer decisions under pressure
set boundaries without guilt
stay engaged, effective, and present at work and at home
For organisations, this means women who are able to perform, lead, and grow without burning out or leaving.
Who I work with
I work with ambitious, high-performing mothers who feel stretched by the weight of responsibility they carry.
They are capable, driven, and deeply committed, but often operating in survival mode. Many feel torn between ambition and family life, while quietly carrying guilt, mental load, and exhaustion that no one sees.
I also work with organisations who want to support and retain talented women by addressing burnout, overload, and sustainability at a structural level.
