Identity → Boundaries → Patterns
Once your system is more regulated, we look at the patterns that quietly drain you.
Perfectionism, people-pleasing, overfunctioning, guilt, and the invisible load. You’ll reconnect with who you are beyond roles and expectations, and learn to set boundaries without spiralling into guilt.

BUILD A SUSTAINABLE LIFE
Capacity → Habits → Confidence
The final phase is about integration.
You’ll learn to plan around capacity instead of pressure, build habits that actually stick in real mum-life, and rebuild confidence and self-trust. The goal is not coping better, but living in a way that doesn’t lead back to burnout.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding yourself and building a life that works with you, not against you.
